Support when I go home

Everyone who has stopped or swapped smoking in hospital and wishes to continue on the journey when they go home will be supported.

Your Tobacco Dependency Treatment Advisor will make sure you have medication to take home and will contact you after, to see how you are getting on.

Your local community stop smoking service is also on hand to help too, and we will give you their details before you go home. They can also provide free help to any friends and family who decide to swap and stop smoking too.
